- SB1341-10-RQ-0795 THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. FAR PART 13, SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES, ARE UTILIZED IN THIS PROCUEREMENT. THIS ANNOUCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334515 Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals- with a size standard of 500 employees. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This requirement is being competed on a competitive basis among responsible authorized resellers of the Tektronix DPO4104GSAX. All Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at the time of the solicitation response deadline.
