NSN: 4235-01-515-4255, Spill Clean Up Kit, Hazardous Material, Unit of issue is Each containing 15 sorbent oil pads, 3 sorbent oil particulate, 6 sorbent oil boom, 12 sorbent oil pillow, 6 bags disposal hazmat w/strip tie, 1 drum equals 55 Gallons, 2 gloves size 9, 2 gloves size 11, 2 goggles, 2 pails 5 gallons, 12 pan, drip, 12 tie, strip, bag, 1 plate, caution, and 1 shovel, hand 2 piece. End Item: Refueling System. Solicitation will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price, Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. Surge is not applicable since this is a one time buy. Cost and pricing data is not required as procurement is for a commercial item. Progress payments will not be included per IBMS inquiry on 03 September 2010. Economic Price Adjustment is not applicable. This is a commercial item being solicited I/A/W FAR PART 12 and FAR PART 13.5. FOB is Destination. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 0%. Required delivery is 115days ARO per IBMS inquiry 03 September 2010. PR Line 0001 for a quantity of 70 will be delivered to New Cumberland, PA. This item is not a critical application item or a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP 03 September 2010. ABVS applies. This is a one time, FFP Definite Quantity Contract without a quantity option requirement since the current requirement will fill the current demand. NSN will not be evaluated for a new LTC package since there is not a consistent demand for this item. The combined synopsis/solicitation will be issued on 03 September 2010. Closing date will be 24 September 2010. Estimated award date is 30 September 2010. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
