- ****FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY**** RECOVERY- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS) Northwest/Arctic Region (Region 10) has a requirement to replace boiler, chiller, fan-coils and windows at the US Border Station located in Porthill Idaho. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies and services as required. THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA) Magnitude of Construction: Between $250,000 and $500,000 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. This acquisition will be competed among the current GSA Region 10 Area 2 (Spokane) Eastern Service Center Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) holders that service the states of Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Area 2 Eastern Service Center MATOC Holders are: MTM Contractors (8a SDB) 24 North Stone Street Spokane, WA 99202 Randolph Construction (SB) 16 W Bonneville Pasco, WA 99301 Northcon Inc. (SB) 10615 N Government Way Hayden, ID 83835 CMEC (8a SDB) 2697 N Distant Star Rd Post Falls, ID 83854 KOO Construction, Inc (SB) 2510 Boatman Avenue West Sacramento, CA 95691 Pine Island-Takisaki JV (8a SDB) 1312 S Weller Street Seattle, WA 98144 The resultant task order will be awarded to the firm with the lowest priced technically acceptable offer which represents the best value to the Government in accordance with the terms and conditions of the base MATOC contract.
