- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academys notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a contract to Monaco Enterprises Inc, 14820 E Sprague Avenue Spokane WA 99216-2191. This is for installation of a new Monaco addressable fire alarm/voice evacuation system in Bldg 628b the building will connect to Fire Station located at the United States Military Academy West Point NY 10996. The base system (receiver) at the West Point Fire Station is a Monaco System. Monaco addressable fire alarm system is a propritary system and no other system is compatible with it. West Point fire department has the Monaco receiver installed in the fire station to monitor all public buildings at the Academy. All public buildings at the United States Military Academy are being monitored by the Monaco system. The estimated award amount is $$79,000.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 561621 and the size standard is 12.5. This is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers.
