Description

The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on a Fixed-Price basis for repainting the exterior of Ocosin Lakes National Wildlife Refuge headquarters building. The RFQ Number is 40181AQ233. The magnitude of this project is between $25K - $40K. The RFQ is available for viewing at HTTP://FEDBIZOPPS.GOV. Quotes should be be submitted no later than 2:00 PM EST, September 15, 2010. Paper copies will not be available. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160. The size standard for Small Business is $24 Million. This is NOT a Small Business Set-Aside under the guidelines of the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The award will be made on a fixed price basis. Prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the On-line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) @ http://www.ccr.gov. A DUNS number is required. The DUNS number may be obtained free of charge at www.ccr.gov. THIS NOTICE ALSO SERVES AS THE PRESOLICITATION NOTICE.
