- Description
- This project consists of demolition of two (2) flush toilet buildings with associated septic tanks, and abandonment of existing water well located at Flumet Flat Campground. Option item 1: demolish the existing redwood water tank as described in the Statement of Work and Specifications of the contract. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government Furnished) and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. Project is set aside for Emerging Small Business. The campground is located in Jackson County, Oregon. The project may be reached from Medford, OR by traveling southwest on State Highway 238 through the town of Jacksonville, then approximately 17 miles on State Highway 238 to County Road 859 (Upper Applegate Road) in the community of Ruch; travel 10 miles south to Palmer Creek Road (County Road 788) approximately 1 mile to the site.
