- DOL WAGE DETERMINATION FAR CONSTRUCTION CLAUSES SCOPE OF WORK All bids/proposals MUST BE submitted to Mr. David Rivera and no one else. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for Construction are included with this solicitation as well as a DOL Wage Rate Determination. Vendors doing business with the Coast Guard must be registered or be willing to register with the Central Contracting Registration at www.ccr.gov. Please Fax to: (504) 253-4551 or Email all quotes to Mr. David Rivera (504) 253-4594 w# David.Rivera@uscg.mil AWARD OF THIS REQUIREMENT SHALL BE MADE TO THE VENDOR WHOSE PROPOSAL OFFERS THE GREATEST VALUE TO THE GOVERNMENT. TECHNICAL FACTORS, PAST PERFORMANCE ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN PRICE. CONTRACTORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN WITH BASE SECURITY AND PROVIDE TWO FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION AND VEHICLE REGISTRATION WITH PROOF OF INSURANCE IN ORDER TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BASE.
