- The Space and Navel Warfare Center Atlantic, Charleston SC code 22530intends to issue a Sole Source award to Adacel Systems Inc. under theauthority 10 USC 2304(c) and in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1. Thisaction will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and 13. Only one responsible source andno other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Adacel SystemsInc. is the sole manufacturer of the required training system. The requirement is for Intelligent Communications Environment (ICE)Simulation and Training Product. USARC purchased an Adacel Air TrafficControl (ATC) Simulator System and ICEATC is the only software that replicatesthe exact speech recognition technology used in the Adacel Systems. TheICEATC training software is also the only package that will provide the speechrecognition, and block one training for each airfield database purchased andprovided in the Adacel simulator system. Contract is to be FOB Destination: Supply Officer,Glenn Balliew, US Army FortRucker USARC, Bldg 750, Marryman Bldg 3rd Ave, Fort Rucker, AL 36362-5000.Inspection and acceptance shall be made at destination. **THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, AND ISNOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS.** Any inquiries concerning thisrequirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer.
