- This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for INTERNATIONAL RECTIFIERDC/DC CONVERTERS listed below:50 Each of part number 15CGQ100, Schottky Diode, 35A, 100V, TO-254AA.50 Each of part number IRFM460, Mosfet, Single N-Channel, 500V, TO-257AA. The vendor must be identified on the Qualified Manufacturers List for the followingparts:5 Each of part number S2805S, DC/DC Converter, 5V, 100k RadHard.10 Each of part number S2805S/EM, DC/DC Converter, 5V, 100k RadHard.10 Each of part number ART2815T, DC/DC Converter, 5V, +/-15V, 200k RadHard.10 Each of part number ART2815T/EM, DC/DC Converter, 5V, +/-15V, 200k RadHard.10 Each of part number LS2815D, RadHard 15V Single Output DC-DC Converter.50 Each of part number JANS1N7043CCT1, Schottky Diode, 35A, 100V, TO-254AA.Per MIL-PRF-38534 for the purchase of these parts identified in this solicitation, theGovernment requires International Rectifier products, and no other brands will satisfythe Governments requirements. Only authorized distributors of International Rectifierproducts will be considered for selection.The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 2005-44.The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 423690 and100 respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for thisprocurement.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.Delivery to NASA Johnson Space Center is 26 weeks ARO.Delivery shall be FOBDestination.Offers for the items(s) described above are due by 12:00 Noon CST on September 10, 2010to Lamar Mueller at perry.l.mueller@nasa.gov and must include, solicitation number, FOBdestination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warrantyduration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of anyspecial commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. Offerors are encouraged to use the Standard Form 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order forCommercial Items form found at URL:http://server-mpo.arc.nasa.gov/Services/NEFS/NEFSHome.tml Offerors shall provide the information required by FAR 52.212-1 (JUNE 2008), Instructionsto Offerors-Commercial Items, which is incorporated by reference. Technical acceptability will be determined by review ofinformation submitted by the offeror which must provide a description in sufficientdetail to show that the product offered meets the Government's requirement.It is critical that offerors provide adequate detail to allow evaluation of their offer. (SEE FAR 52.212-1(b)).Offerors must include completed copies of the provision at 52.212-3 (AUG 2009), OfferorRepresentations and Certifications - Commercial Items with their offer.
