- Description
- The FAA Academy intends to solicit and award a single source contract to the American Council on Education (ACE), Washington D.C. The Solicitation will be issued to acquire Credit Recommendation Services and related support to facilitate College credit evaluation for select FAA Academy Courses IAW policies and procedures approved by the Commission on Adult Education Credit and Credentials. The estimated value of the Credit Recommendation Services is estimated as $116,439. This requirement will be processed under the authority of FAA Acquisition Management System 3.2.2.4 entitled Single Source Selection. ACE is uniquely qualified with credentials to provide the services which are nationally recognized and a rational basis for the Service is established based upon standardization for this follow-on support. IAW AMS 3.2.2.4 it has been determined to be in the best interest of the FAA Academy Training Program. A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement.
