- This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for a Firm Fixed Priced Contract to procure a 24 foot enclosed custom trailer for the Kansas Army National Guard, Topeka Kansas. This solicitation is prepared IAW FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912JC-10-R-5724 is issued as a Request for Proposal. One door shall open to cavity to stow cascade cylinders, other door shall have shelves to stow small goods •· 12' Bench •· Roof A/C Unit shall include 5,600 BTU Forced Air Heat •· (2) 30 x 15 Tinted sliding windows •· 12 x 16 Exterior door for customer installed patch panel •· Reverse Beavertail for added rear clearance •· Electrical: •o Shall include 50 amp service panel •o (5) 4' Double tube Fluorescent Lights •o (12) Interior outlets •o (2) Exterior GFI Outlets •o (2) Grote Trilliant Scene Lights •o Quartz Loading Lights above rear ramp door •o (4) Whelen 600 series Strobe Lights •o 12V Stub out on rear roof for future use. •o 10KW Diesel Generator •o 18 Gallon Frame Mount Fuel Cell •o Tongue Jack shall be electric with Night Light •o All Marker and Tail Lights shall be LED •· Delivery to Topeka Kansas shall be included in price. 1 Price must include delivery charges to FOB Dest Topeka, KS. Please state delivery time ARO in your proposals. In order to receive an award of this contract, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 336999. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (Feb 2007) applies to this acquisition.
