Cox Contract Specialist Intent to Sole Source: Provide software replacement for media loss or failure, software enhancements to include but not limited to patches, service packs and hot fixes, along with appropriate additional upgrades. Provide hardware support including, repair and/or replacement of defective Symon software products. Firmware upgrades with instructions shall be provided as necessary. Period of Performance for the base year shall be 12 month, with two 12 month option years. The maintenance and service plan must be equal or equivalent to the SymonCare plan.
