- This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for a Firm Fixed Priced Contract to procure an air breathing compressor for the Kansas Army National Guard, Topeka Kansas. This solicitation is prepared IAW FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912JC-10-R-5723 is issued as a Request for Proposal. This solicitation is for the purchase of the following items: Item Number Description of Item Quantity Price 1.00 Bauer Model VTC10-E1 four stage, air cooled, pressure lubrication high pressure compressor ( air breathing compressor). Maximum working pressure: 5000 psi Charging Rate: 8.4 SCFM Electrical Requirements: 230/60/1 Electrical classification: NEMA 4 Air Purification: P@S Configuration: Vertecon Soft Start Electronic CO monitor w/ Calibration kit Freight to Topeka KS included 1 2.00 BFP2/Special fill panel w/ two outlet ports- one to a low pressure regulator (protective relief valve) and one to fill. Cascade/4 that includes all the necessary fittings, bank control valves, and ¼" NPT female inlet connections for four (4) cascade banks. Freight to Topeka KS included 1 The Government will only favorably consider and evaluate offers that unquestionably and clearly demonstrate the offerors ability to provide the same "Brand Name" system. Product must be "Brand Name". If providing an "EQUAL" product, please provide the specifications of each item for technical acceptance review. Price must include freight charges to FOB Dest Topeka, KS. Please state delivery time ARO in your proposals. In order to receive an award of this contract, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 333912. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (Feb 2007) applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
