- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The W.G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, North Carolina is issuing a presolicitation notice for the contractor to provide environmentally safe and humane control of Canadian Geese Problem with trained working Border Collies for the period of October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011 (with 4 option years to extend in the event the Government elects to exercise the option years). The NAICS Code is 114210 and the size standard is $4 million average annual receipt for the previous three (3) years. The contracting officer assigned to this procurement is Colette L.
