- DESC: The TACOM Contracting Command Rock Island intends to issue a firm fixed price delivery order under FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source, for the following commercial items: 140 each Beretta 92FS 9mm Pistols, 140 each Beretta 92FS Cleaning Kits, and 1 each Beretta 94FS Contractor Spare Parts (CSP) package. This award is restricted to Beretta USA Corp; 17601 Beretta Drive; Accokeek, MD 20607-9566. Offers from concerns other than this company are not solicited. The U.S. Government does not have Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for these items, nor do we have any data rights to these items. Any other offeror would have to be able to manufacture and deliver the same exact items as being supplied by Beretta USA Corp. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. This requirement is being synopsized in accordance with FAR 5.201 alerting contractors of this requirement and the intent of the Government to immediately issue this delivery order to Beretta USA Corp with an estimated award date of 13 September 2010.
