- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center in Charleston, SC, Code 22530has a requirement for IP Phones and accessories. The Governement intendsto award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the items listed on the attacheddocument. Contract is to be FOB Destination; Receiving Officer,SPAWARSYSCEN ATLANTIC, 2921 Ave B North, Building 1639, North Charleston,SC 29405. Inspection and acceptance shall be made at destination. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with thecapability to provide the items cited, and will award a contract resulting fromthe RFQ to the vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and isconsidered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quote is due toBrian Beckett, Contract Specialist, SPAWAR SYSCENT LANT, by 3:00pm EST 9September 2010. The Government will accept proposals via e-mail atlarry.beckett@navy.mil
