- **THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.** The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System anticipates the award of a firm fixed price contract for project Correct Building 99 Life Safety Code Deficiencies. The Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work, as required by drawings and specifications. It shall include (but not limited to) preparing site for sidewalk, constructing sidewalk and light bollards, and removing storefront and install new storefront and doors at the Sepulveda campus. This requirement is being awarded sole source to a responsible service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) concern. NAICS: 236220, Small Business Size Standard: $33.5 million. Project magnitude: $250,000 - $500,000.
