- The objective of this requirement is to provide the BLM Lower Potomac Field Station with engineering support to plan and execute construction and maintenance projects, carried out by contractors and field station staff.The Contractor shall assist in the development and maintenance of three recreation sites in Virginia and Maryland. All the project areas are located within or adjacent to Special Recreation Management Areas (SRMA): the Meadowood SRMA in Fairfax County, VA; and the Douglas and Maryland Point SRMAs in Charles County, VA. The contractor shall accomplish the objectives stated above.
