- Limited Source Justification and Approval NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD -- The 325th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole-source GSA delivery order to DLT Solutions Inc. for two (2) AutoCAD Electrical 2011 Subscription Renewal (1 year) and five (5) AutoCAD Inventor Professional Suite 2011 Subscription Renewal (1 year). The intent of this procurement is to solicit and award a firm fixed price GSA delivery order on a sole source basis. Quotes are not being requested and written solicitation will not be used. This purchase will be made under the Federal Supply Schedule Program as authorized by FAR 8.405-6(b) (1). The anticipated award date is 10 September 2010. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North American Industry Classification System Code 541519 and size standard of $25,000,000 apply to this procurement.
