- Description
- The project consists of work necessary for, and incidental to, construction of a permanent railroad closure structure. Work shall include, but is not limited to, clearing, excavation, backfill, construction of a new railroad closure structure consisting of sheet pile, concrete, and reinforcing, tie-in to existing flood protection levee, fabrication of aluminum bulkheads, and other work necessary to complete the project. Work shall include coordination with the Norfolk Southern Railroad.
