- The following Description was inadvertently not included with the original Pre-Solicitation Notice. It is provided at this time via this Modification to a previously posted Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about September 4, 2010: It is the intent of the New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NMVAHCS) located in Albuquerque, New Mexico to establish two each, '2-year' contracts for beneficiary lodging services on behalf of eligible Veterans of the Department of Veterans Affairs. These services shall be provided within a six (6) mile radius of the NMVAHCS, located at 1501 San Pedro Dr SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108. This procurement will be conducted using full and open competition, and made in accordance with Federal Regulations Part 12, Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NAICS code 721110, size: $7.0 mil. The complete solicitation will be available on or about September 4, 2010 at FedBizOpps.
