- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Funds for this acquisition are not currently available. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31. This acquisition is unrestricted. //Schedule of items: This requirement is for Fire Dept NFPA Complian Uniform. //CLIN 0001: 100 x Workrite Station Uniform Shirt [Short Sleeve, Navy Blue] Part Number: 700NMX75NB //CLIN 0002: 100 x Workrite Station Uniform Shirt [Long Sleeve, Navy Blue] Part Number: 705NMX75NB //CLIN 0003: 100 x Workrite Station Uniform Pant [Navy Blue] Part Number: 402NMX75NB //CLIN 0004: 200 x Flame Resistant Performance Shirt (tee) [Curtis Counterfire Crew Neck Short Sleeve]. Part Number: NFPA 1975 //NOTE: FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds applies to this order. This requirement is for planning purposes only and may or may not be funded at a later date and time.
