- Defense Supply Center Columbus, Columbus, OH intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to Shawnee Township Fire Department for Fire Protection and Ambulance services at the Joint Services Manufacturing Plant in Lima, OH in the amount of $54,154.00. Responses to emergency calls must arrive within 5-7 minutes. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Vendors may provide information on this requirement no later than the closing date; information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
