- Description
- The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VAMC, Jackson, MS intends to award a sole source award to Cardinal Health Inc. for the purchase of V. Mueller General Surgery Laparoscopic Instruments. This purchase is in accordance with the National Mandate from VHA to replace all existing laparoscopic instruments that do not disassemble. The attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is attached that includes the rationale for this procurement.
