NAICS Code: 812332 If there are any Technical Questions contact Contact: Ben Costales, Project Manager on (303) 462-9131 or via email: costales.ben@epa.gov.The U.S. EPA/NEIC laboratory requests the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the purpose of administering a full service lab coat program. Lab coats are provided to laboratory personnel for low level chemical splash protection. Also the coats protect clothing from dirt and nonhazardous chemicals. The selected vendor will provide clothing of NEIC's choosing, garment cleaning and maintenance and clothing replacement when necessary. Objective: To provide a full service lab coat rental program.Scope: (1.) Provide each laboratory employee with a total inventory of 3 lab coats. There are 25 male employees and 18 female employees. All coats should be button-down front. Sizing of each coat is required to assure a comfortable fit. Affix EPA logo on the left chest of each coat.(2.) Provide additional 10 coates for laboratory visitors/ 6 male and 4 female coats.(3.) Provide weekly cleaning service. Garments inspected weekly for items in need of repair or replacement. Garment will be repaired when necessary. Worn garments replaced with new ones when necessary.(4.) Provide a problem resolution process regarding replacement of worn garments, incorrect number of coats returned, incorrect billings or any other problems identified by NEIC personnel. Provide the name, title and phone number of the account representative at your firm who will address such problems initially.(5.) Monthly billings are required.
