- Notice of intent to award a Sole Source purchase order to Prestolite Electric Incorporated (CAGE 24975) for 58 each, Generator Engine Accessory, NSN: 2920-01-537-4207, P/N A0014964PA. FOB Destination: Deliver to: Robins AFB, Warner Robins, GA 31098-1887. The NAICS Code is 335312 and the business size standard is 1,000 employees. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of proposal is not anticipated. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider all responses from capable interested offerors received within 10 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this notice of proposed contract action. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as commitment by the Government for any purpose other than market research. All documentation shall become the property of the Government. Responses received from this synopsis will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no additional responses are received, a contract will be placed without further notice with Prestolite Electric Incorporated. NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE.
