- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information contained in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. This acquisition is NOT a small business set-aside and the NAICS code is 334310. It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) to procure the following hardware equipment: 1. Stream Media Encoder with DRC-2600 Board, 2 CH Analog/Dig 3RU Stream FE Software and SDI Connector. Optional Breakout Cable or Breakout Box Required for Analog and AES (5 each) 2. AVC(H.264) Live Broadcast Stream Over RTMP to Adobe Flash Server (5 each) 3. Iphone (H.264 and AAC-HE in a Segmented MPEG-2 TS) Encoder Module (5 each) 4. H.263, H.264 and MPEG-4 Part 2 Video w/AAC-LC/AMR Audio for Stream FE users (5 each) 5. StreamBOB 19" rackmount break-out box for DRC-Stream, StreamZ (5 each) 6. Yearly Maintenance for StreamFe Software, for each year from year 2 forward. (5 each) VENDORS MUST QUOTE ON ALL PRODUCTS, NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. This notice of intent is a request for competitive quotations. All responses received within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by NLM. Information received in a timely manner will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The quoter shall include all information which documents and/or supports the qualification criteria in one clearly marked section of its quotation. Offeror must complete required registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules and regulations applicable to its performance under this order.
