- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted) with a resume, on RFQ 56FWPROTTRADMUS. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect from Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45 (30 Aug 10) and the DFARS change notice 20100827. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. A Blanket Purchase Agreement will be issued to the successful contractor. Your quote will be considered the price list for the basic year of the agreement. A BPA call will be issued for each year of this agreement. The period of performance for this first call will be the BPA award date plus 365 days. The contractor will be given the opportunity to update their price list on the anniversary of the BPA award date. Please contact SSgt Christopher Paul if you have any questions. This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 711130 and the size standard of $7,000,000 applies to this procurement. The Government has a contract requirement for a Protestant Traditional Musician (see attached work statement). This requirement is for delivery FOB Destination to Chapel Building Number 799 Luke Air Force Base, Arizona 85309. Quotes must include DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN and Discount Terms.
