- Description
- The intent of this Solicitation and any resultant Blanket Ordering Agreement (BOA) is to obtain the services on a Call When Needed basis of light fixed wing aircraft (A/C). This agreement will be issued as Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment, with multiple awards and pricing in 12 month increments, not to exceed a total of four years. The Offerors with A/C awarded may be used for wildland fire support, project, law enforcement and administrative flights. The A/C shall be fully operated by qualified personnel and equipped to meet specifications for use in administration and protection of Public Lands throughout U.S. Forest Service Region 2. Contractors shall hold a current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Carrier or Operating Certificate. A/C offered shall be listed by Make, Model, Series, and registration number on the Operator's 135 Certificate.
