- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC), located at the Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey, has an upcoming requirement for Telecommunications & Voice Switching Support Services as described in Section C of the attached SIR. The anticipated start date is February 2011. The FAA anticipates awarding a single, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Time and Materials (T&M) contract with a five (5) year period of performance. This requirement is a small business set aside, under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 541330, Engineering Services with a size standard $4.5 million. SIR No. DTFACT-11-R-00001 is provided as an attachment to this announcement along with all related attachments and other information. All interested parties are referred to the attached Sir. Any response received after that date and time will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modification, and Withdrawals for Submittals. Proposal submissions must be in accordance with Section L of the SIR. If all requested information is not furnished the offeror's response may be determined unacceptable.
