- Description
- The contractor shall maintain the Battle Command (BC) network. This includes system setup, installation, software management, maintenance, implementation of patches, problem resolution, new technologies, security, disk management, system backup and recovery, creation and maintenance of user accounts, monitoring system utilization and functionality, creation and assignment of printer definitions, creation and maintenance of user groups and file structure, creation and maintenance of login scripts, creation and maintenance of network shared data resources, creation and maintenance of workstations within the domain and maintenance of the network backbone connectivity. The network includes hardware and software components. The usability and stability of the network is dependent upon adequate performance by the contractor. The services of the network are critical for coordination and completion of every C2 DMG and BCSI course.
