- Statement of Work for base pool maintenance This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-11-Q-0022 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43, Defense Circular Number 20100908, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-0903. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 4561790 DESCRIPTION: 0001 - 1 EA: Outdoor Recreational Pool Service, including service IAW SOW, and parts 0002 - 1 EA: Swimming Pool Service Corrective Maintenance IAW SOW (see attached PWS for further details) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical acceptance, based on the salient characteristics listed above. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
