- The work consists of demolishing existing and providing new HVAC unit and unit heaters in building 913. The work also includes the air handler, condensing unit, ceiling tile, associated refrigerant piping, and ductwork. Ductwork contains asbestos and ceiling tile contains mold. All work shall be performed at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. The estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.
