- TITLE: 1660; NOZZLE AND BAFFLE, TURBINE; T-38A AIRCRAFT; WSIC F PR: 0024840988, ISSUE DATE: 18 OCT 2010; CLOSING DATE: 17 NOV 2010 NSN: 1660-00-888-6313; PR: 000024840988; Item: Nozzle and Baffle, Turbine; P/N: 560487. The item intended sources are: Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (CAGE 73030) P/N: 560487 and Aerometals, Inc (CAGE 32664) P/N: A721-1. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition, however requires engineering source approval by the design control activity. Any manufacturer, other than Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (CAGE 73030) P/N: 560487 and Aerometals, Inc (CAGE 32664) P/N: A721-1, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an UNRESTRICTED Firm Fixed Price contract for 148 each. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control and Export Control. Government First Article Testing applies. The following terms apply: FOB: DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance: ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: New Cumberland, PA 17070. The First Article is due 274 days from date of award (DARO). Production delivery will be 274 days after first article acceptance (DAFAA). Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 19 Oct 2010 with a closing date of 18 Nov 2010.
