Description

Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), sole source justification is based on Mallinckrodt, Inc. being the only company to provide on-site full service maintenance to include parts, calibration, labor, transportation and preventative maintenance calls for the base year period of 01 OCT 10 through 30 Sep 11 plus 4 option years IAW the statement of work for the following inhalation ventilators. Location: Respiratory Therapy Department, 3rd Floor, Bldg H-100 Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, CA.
