- J&A The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut awarded a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Ultra Incorporated, Inc. 4200 NE Sun Court, Lees Summit, MO. 64064-2245; for electronic testing / diagnostic equipment related to their Ux Validator: for use with the UH-60. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract has been awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. All qualified sources were to respond in writing not later than 10:00 AM, September 15, 2010.
