- Description U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 6,989 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 6,077 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF CONTIGUOUS OFFICE SPACE WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA OF ABINGDON, VA AS DESCRIBED BELOW. •· The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. •· The proposed lease must be fully serviced. •· Offered space must be contiguous on a single floor. •· The offeror must be able to provide parking for approximately thirty (30) vehicles within or directly adjacent to the offered building. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Years, five (5) years firm. DELINEATED AREA: Within the city limits of the City of Abingdon, Commonwealth of Virginia. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 18, 2010 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: •1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building, include the name of the Building Owner •2) Floor plans of space offered. •3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet •4) Rentable Square Feet offered •5) Percentage Common Area Factor used to determine rentable square feet •6) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. •7) Indicate whether the offered building is within a 100-year floodplain. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space.
