- The South Texas health Care system - Kerrville, 3600 Memorial Blvd, Kerrville, TX 78028, anticipates soliciting proposals and consequently awarding a construction contract for the Renovation of the Patient Care Center of specific areas on the 1st and 2nd Floors of Building 96 and 6th Floor of Building 11 of the Kerrville Hospital. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR part 15 (contracting by Negotiation) and part 36 (construction) and will be evaluated with Procedures therein. The NAICS Code is: 236220 The standard size is: $33.5 million This procurement is 100% set aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business contractors pursuant to 38 U.S.C. 8127(d). The estimated cost range for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 The solicitation package will be posted on or about July 22, 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website www.fbo.gov.
