- NSN-5961-01-206-9198, Item Description: Semiconductor Device, Set. Manufacturers Code and Part Number: Goodrich Corporation (3CPE0) P/N 31169-505, Lucas Aerospace (31435) P/N 31169-505. Quantiy=252 each. unit of issue=ea, F.O.B.=Destination, Delivery Schedule: 180 days after receipt of order. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available for download on the internet at https:// www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on it's issue date 10/21/10. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Approved sources are: Goodrich Corp. (3CPE0) and Lucas Aerospace (31435). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Restricted Rights Data Restrictions Apply. Various Increments solicited: 1-50, 51-100, 101-150, 151-200, 201-250 & 251-300.
