Preliminary Plans - WY PRA GRTE 13(7), North Park Road Preliminary Plans - WY PLD GRTE 700(1), Grand Teton Park Pathways, Phase II Preliminary Notice to Offerors Project description and elements of work WY PRA GRTE 13(7) North Park Road, Jackson Lake Lodge to Leeks Marina; and WY PLD GRTE 700(1) Grand Teton Park Pathways, Phase II is located in Grand Teton National Park, Teton County, Wyoming. The work will be solicited under two alternate schedules, with different amounts of work in each schedule. One schedule will be awarded. This project consists of 20.21 miles (Schedule A) or 19.88 miles (Schedule B) of grading, aggregate base, asphalt concrete paving, pedestrian bridge, pedestrian underpass, drainage, concrete curb, rail/gutter replacement and smaller items of work. FINANCING FOR SMALL BUSINESSES: This paragraph announces possible financing available to small businesses. The three types of businesses that are eligible to receive a loan through this program are: (1) Firms that have received DBE certification from a state or local transportation agency; (2) Firms that have been certified by the SBA as a Small Business; and (3) Firms that have received a disability rating by the Veteran's Administration and have certified themselves as a SDVOSB. Start-up businesses are not eligible to receive a STLP line of credit and should contact the SBA for information about other possible forms of financial assistance. (NOTE - This paragraph does not reserve this solicitation for these types of business) : The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
