Description

Spruce Blend Lure Requirements Document REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) This is a Request for Information ONLY. This is not a Request for Proposals or a solicitation and no award will result from this notice. Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), a program within the Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is conducting market research under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify potential suppliers for spruce blend lure and to seek industry comments on and questions about the government's requirements document. The attached Exotic Pest Monitoring for Forestry Trapping Statement of Work may or may not be edited as the result of any responses. The Government wil not pay for any information submitted in response; no comment, question or answer will commit the respondent or government in any way; any proprietary information must be clearly marked.
