- DESCRIPTION: PR# IQC10243009002, 5961-00-615-5186. Approved source(s): MICROSEMI (LAWRENCE) (CAGE: 34361); P/N JAN2N335; TRANSISTOR. The requirement is for 472 each to be delivered to AIR FORCE SERVICES AGENCY, SAN ANTONIO, TX 78216-4138 within 300 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 30 each every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Rfp on its issue date of October 22, 2010. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Various increments solicited: from 29 each to 58 each; from 59 each to 177 each; from 178 each to 295 each; from 296 and up. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. Offerors must quote pricing for each increment for each year. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the offer. The quantity to be ordered and the ship sites will be specified at the time of award on delivery orders issued. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
