- NSN: 5970011873731, Sleeving, Textile, El, unit of issue Foot (FT) in accordance with the following: Part Number EXPANDO-A-FLEX FR1 ¼ from Western Fliament Inc. with CAGE 00768, Part Number EX920-FR-0963BW, from Delfingen US-New York Inc, CAGE 4M3G9, and Part Number 1-1/4 BLK/WHT TRACER from Federal-Mogul Corporation DBA. End Item: Support Equipment on various Aircrafts and part of the Nuclear Reactor Program. Solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Quantity Contract, Firm Fixed Price with one base year plus four option years as Unrestricted under the procedures of Other than Full and Open Competition. This item has shelf life of 48 months. Higher level inspection applies. Measure and Test applies. Per the Industrial Preparedness Branch review dated 06 October 2010, Surge and Sustainment is not applicable. Cost and pricing data is not required since the dollar value has not been met. A subcontracting plan is not required as the dollar value has not been met. Progress payments will not be included per IBMS inquiry on 06 October 2010. For 5970011873731, pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity which is 157,135 FT for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (Base Year Only) is 39,284 FT. The Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 235,703 FT for the base and each option year. The Minimum/Maximum per order for the base and option years is 39,284/157,135 FT. Economic Price Adjustment is not applicable. FOB is Destination. Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 0%. Per IBMS, the required delivery is 77days ARO. DLA-Direct delivery will be to New Cumberland, PA & Tracy, CA only. This item is a critical application item but not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP 06 October 2010. The solicitation will be issued on 21 October 2010 with a closing date of 22 November 2010. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
