Offerors are required to propose a solution that includes installation and a 3 year warranty/maintenance. This is a "Brand Name or Equal" procurement. The Performance Work Statement in the RFP outlines all tasks associated with the VTC refresh. Installation will occur at the following locations: Chambersburg, PA; Mechanicsburg, PA; Ogden, UT; Denver, CO; Hawaii (Pacific), Montgomery AL; Columbus, OH: Oklahoma City, OK; Germany (Europe), Jacksonville, FL; San Antonio, TX; St. Louis, MO; and Pensacola, FL.. Site surveys will not be conducted. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is provided with this notice. No further notices will be posted. The solicitation/reference number is HC1028-11-T-01000. Attached is the Request for Quote (RFQ) which includes the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all attachments. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. WAWF invoicing procedures will apply to the resultant award. All "or equal" type solutions that are offered must contain sufficient detail to allow for a valid technical evaluation. Offers must be submitted to Tara Schmitt as outlined in the attached RFQ. All vendor questions are due no later than 10 am CST, 22 Oct 2010. Questions must be submitted to Tara Schmitt at tara.schmitt@disa.mil via email. Vendor offers are due no later than 12 pm CST, 3 Nov 2010.
