- This is a PRESOLICITATION Notice for the following: Procurement is full and open competition. Project Name: DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC SAFETY COMPUTER SYSTEM The North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) Code: 541512 The Small Business Size Standard is $25.0 million The Solicitation Number for this Project is Q6164100608. The US Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office is soliciting proposals for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide all labor, supplies, equipment and material necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of the above named project. Work includes, but is not limited to: furnishing all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to design and install public safety computer system. The development, installation, instruction and maintenance of the systems shall consist of the following, listed in order of current priority:1.1.1.Computer Assisted Dispatch (CAD) for two (2) stations.1.1.2.CAD-State Interface1.1.2.1.Cuyahoga Valley NP uses the Law Enforcement Automated Data System (LEADS) provided by the State of Ohio. The CAD system will comply with all NCIC and LEADS regulations and guidelines.1.1.3.CAD-Map Phase 2 Centric System (CAM). The NPS will provide ESRI map database information.1.1.4.Expandable to include:1.1.4.1.Interaction with Bold Manitou Alarm Monitoring Software1.1.4.2.Interfacing with the DOI IMARS program when implemented1.1.4.3.Phone System Interface (Nortel) & E 9111.1.4.4.Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) System A site visit will be scheduled for all interested and qualified parties with the time and date to be announced in the Solicitation. The Solicitation and attachments will be posted electronically on or before October 21, 2010 at the following website: www/fedbizopps.gov. All Amendments will also be posted to this website. Responses will be due approximately 30 days following the date of posting of the Solicitation unless extended. Responses from Offerors' will be accepted in hard copy format only, at the address of the point of contact stated earlier in this announcement.
