- Specifications This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-11-Q-0097 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46, Defense Circular Number 20100927 and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-1001. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 333312. All materials, labor, tools, and transportation needed to furnish and install the following: 0001- 1 EA - Milnor 100lb Capacity Washer/Extractor with EP-Plus Programmable controller, Model Number 36026 V6J, OR EQUIVALENT. 0002- 1 EA - 5 gallon Versitol Turn-out Detergent for Fire Fighter Gear, OR EQUIVALENT. 0003- 1 EA - 5 gallon Turn-out Pre Spotter, OR EQUIVALENT 0004- 1 EA - Ecolab Auto Chemical Injection pump P/N LB-101-60-TC, OR EQUIVALENT Please see attachment for complete specifications. Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1P35F - 355CES/CEF, 4420 S. PHOENIX ST., DAVIS-MONTHAN AFB, AZ 85707; The provision at 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, applies to this acquisition.
