- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, intends to issue a Sole Source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Futurist Glen Hiemstra for a follow on program to an off-site meeting that was conducted in March 2010. This is a turnkey program that was specifically tailored to the Savannah District that includes a mixture of futurist thinking, imagination, leadership assessment, and leadership training. This is not a request for quotations (RFQ). Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Applicable NAICS code is 541618. Inquiries will only be accepted in writing by email addressed to Mark.A.Hiscox@usace.army.mil. Responses should be submitted no later than October 18, 2010, 4:00 PM (EST).
