Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Foam Cushioning within FSC 8135. BPA Calls will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. BPA vendors must accept credit card as the method of payment. BPA will be awarded on the basis of Past Performance. Interested vendors should provide a minimum of seven Past Performance references. The Past Performance references shall include name of the business/organization, address, and contract /order number, and award amount, point of contact, telephone number and description of the item. The government will rate past performance via survey of the references. The Past Performance categories are Customer Satisfaction, Timeliness, Technical success, Program Management and Quality. The rating evaluation criteria are Excellent (E), Good (G), Poor (P) and Neutral (N). Vendors who receive or �Excellent � or �Good � will receive a BPA award. Any vendors lacking relevant past performance history will receive a �Neutral � rating for past performance and will have the opportunity to reapply for a BPA once adequate performance history is obtained. The government reserves the right to use additional past performance reference if available. Interested vendor should provide references to denise.e.johnson @ navy.mil not later than October 23, 2010.
