- RECOVERY. This is for informational purposes only. The following modifications were issued to Contract GS-01-07-BZ-C-0006 (Solicitation GS-01P-06-BZ-C-0004), Design Services for alterations and building upgrade of the M.C. Smith Federal Building in Bangor, Maine, to add change order work as follows: Modification PS07, in the amount of $34,638.50 for filtration design of Geothermal Wells and A/E travel to Washington DC for Commissioner's Concept Presentation; Modification PS09, in the amount of $62,227.39 for front pavilion re-design; Modification PS10, in the amount of $1,490,282.00, for Post Contract Construction Services (PCCS), LEED Administration, Value Engineering, Hazardous Material Testing, Value Engineering re-design for reconfiguration of electrical/chiller/boiler rooms; Modification PS11, in the amount of $1,239,162.00, for Management and Inspection Services (M&I), Design Services for Building Automation Systems (BAS) Network. These modifications were made to an existing contract that was competitively awarded under FAR Part 36 and the Brooks Act.
