- Federal Supply Class (FSC) 6810, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 424690 with size standard for small business of 100 employees, Polybutadiene, Synthetic Plastic Material, IAW Material Specification WS23148 Type II. The Rock Island Contracting Center intends to issue this Request for Quote, W52P1J-11-T-3005, to the Army Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) at http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 18 October, 2010 with a close date of 30 days after issuance. This procurement will be a Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements contract for a minimum quantity of zero pounds and an estimated maximum quantity of 958,900 pounds. FOB: Destination, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). If you are not registered in CCR, you cannot be awarded a DoD Contract. The Internet site for registering in the CCR is http://www.ccr.gov/.
